Come Sit in Circle

There is a quiet power in being seen, heard,
and held.

Womb Circles are gentle, intentional gatherings for women and womb-bearers to reconnect with their inner cycles, the land, and the lineage of feminine wisdom that lives in all of us.

Rooted in ritual and guided by plants, each circle is a space to slow down, listen inward, and remember.

What to Expect

Every Circle is Unique

You can expect to be held in a nurturing container that may include:

  • Herbal teas & plant allies for womb nourishment
  • Cycle education & menstrual wisdom
  • Guided meditation, journaling, or gentle movement
  • Tools for nervous system support
  • Sharing stories in sisterhood
  • Earth-based ritual and reverence for the seasons

Whether you are cycling, post-menopause, postpartum, or simply curious—your presence is welcome.

First Moon Circles

Empowering girls to enter menstruation with confidence, reverence, and wisdom.

First Moon Circles are educational and celebratory gatherings designed for girls (ages 9–12) and their caregivers.
In these circles, we create a safe, supportive space to:

  • Learn about the menstrual cycle in an age-appropriate, inclusive way
  • Explore emotional and physical changes with curiosity and empowerment
  • Create personal rituals to mark the transition into young womanhood
  • Strengthen the bond between girls and their caregivers

These offerings are crafted with care to inspire confidence, reduce shame, and foster body literacy from a young age.

If you’d like to be notified when the first First Moon Circle is announced, please contact me directly.

Why Womb Work?

The womb is more than a physical organ, it's an energetic center of creation, intuition, and deep knowing.

By tending to this space, literally or symbolically, we reclaim our rhythms, soften into our truth, and remember how to be in relationship with ourselves and one another.

A Note from Me

“I feel that plants and women belong in circle. There’s something ancient that awakens when we gather with intention to sip tea, to speak from the heart, to honor our inner and outer seasons. You don’t need to know anything, be anyone else, or have it all figured out. Just bring yourself. That is more than enough.”
