At Ash Botanicals, we pride ourselves on being a boutique, small batch herbal product line, meticulously handcrafting each product in fresh batches. Prior to making a purchase, we encourage you to connect with us should you have any questions or concerns, especially regarding potential allergies to specific ingredients. For those with skin concerns and sensitivity please reach out, and we'll be delighted to assist. It's important to note that Ash Botanicals does not facilitate exchanges, returns, or refunds for reasons such as general dissatisfaction, allergic reactions, or a product not aligning with your skin.

Damages and issues

In the unfortunate event that your product arrives damaged during shipping, we are more than willing to replace it or refund you.

To proceed with a replacement, we kindly ask that you provide clear, detailed photos of the damaged items and the original packaging, including the shipping box. Please send these images to ashly@ashbotanicals.com within 72 hours of receiving your package. It's crucial to adhere to these steps to ensure a prompt replacement of the damaged items; otherwise, we regrettably won't be able to fulfill the replacement/refund request. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your photos, and let you know if your request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ashly@ashbotanicals.com.

If you would like us to replace your product, we will honor your request within 2 weeks of the replacement approval date. Two weeks gives us time to fulfill your replacement item in the unfortunate event that we are out of stock.
